Arbitration

Advises individuals, companies and States in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, in commercial and investment arbitration before the main institutional arbitration centers, in particular the ICC, ICSID, CCJA-OHADA, CRCICA, as well as ad hoc arbitration (UNCITRAL and OHADA);

Intervenes in the post-arbitral phase in the seeking for exequatur or setting aside of arbitral awards.

The firm's lawyers can act as arbitrators in international (institutional or ad hoc) or domestic arbitrations and as independent third parties in other ADR.
